Welcome to the FRA!

The Fund Raisers Association (FRA) is a registered charity run by a group of passionate parents and teachers who volunteer their time to raise extra funds for St John’s Primary School.

What We Do

Our goal is to help provide the little extras that make a big difference, from fun events the children look forward to, to equipment and resources the school budget can’t always cover.

We organise a mix of events throughout the year, including:

  • Easter Egg Hunt

  • Christmas Panto and Lunch

  • Year 6 Leavers’ Party

  • End of Year Picnic

  • Fundraisers and community events

Why It Matters

Thanks to funds raised by the FRA, we’ve been able to help the school with:

  • A canopy for the Year R outdoor area

  • Wooden playground furniture and play trail

  • Visualisers for classrooms

  • A revamped secret garden

  • Table tennis tables and storage

These are things that make school more engaging, enjoyable, and fun for all the children.

Get Involved

We’re always happy to welcome new volunteers, whether you can help at an event, join the planning team, or simply lend a hand when you can. Everyone is welcome, and every bit of support makes a real difference.
